It is important to have your finances in place, or agreed in principle, the following is an example of the costs of purchasing a property in Turkey.

- 30% within 4 Weeks
- Stage Payments as agreed with the Builder
- Final Payment on completion

- Wealth Tax
- Purchase Tax – 3% sometimes this is split 50/50 with purchaser so that you pay 1.5% of the amount shown on the title deeds.
