Various finance options are available:

When you have decided on the property you wish to purchase, it will be necessary to make a deposit of €3000.
This can be paid by credit card or cash (Euros). This deposit will reserve the property for you and will have it removed from the market. This deposit is non refundable and forms part of your deposit for your private purchase agreement, which is due within 30 days of the deposit. With a resale property, once all the necessary legalities have been completed the full balance and all taxes will be payable, this will take approx 6 weeks.
