When looking to buy a property in Portugal, you will no doubt have a number of questions or factors to consider. With new build property we take all your ‘wants’ into account and endeavour to meet them in full.
We offer new build property at the lowest list price. Whether you go direct to the vendor or through a third party, the price you pay will not be any less, and in some cases, you will actually pay more, whilst being offered a vastly inferior range of homes compared to those we can provide. The prices are set by the builder.
If you see the same product cheaper elsewhere we advise you to be very cautious. With regard to bespoke and turnkey properties, as we have established good working relationships with a number of bona-fide builders and architects, we can also negotiate the best prices for you.
Property prices are quoted in the currency of the country (euros) as the exchange rate can change on a daily basis.
