Build Times Spain
Build times can vary enormously depending at what stage you make the purchase. Property bought off plan may have a build time of 12 -18 months however if the property is under construction this will be a lot less. Most new builds are completed on time and sometimes ahead of schedule. Delays do occur so we always advise clients to allow a couple of months on top of any completion date they are given.
New builds are ideal for clients who have initial 30 -50% payment but need a little time to organise the rest of the funding.
