We will introduce you to an English-speaking solicitor on your inspection trip, which is of course would be only if you have found a suitable property. You can if you wish select your own solicitor. We can also introduce you to a UK solicitor if you prefer.
The solicitor you choose will deal with all matters of conveyance, give you the correct legal guidance and importantly handle the security for your payments.
During the purchase process you will need to open a bank account, once again we can assist with this. All that is required to implement this is your passport.
It is also advised that you make a will in order for your assets in Tenerife to be dealt with according to your wishes .
It can be a very costly and drawn out procedure should you not do this.
Solicitors in Tenerife will also act as your Fiscal representative for a small annual fee.
